August 1, 2024, after its relocation, the IELTS computer-based test center of Harbin Engineering University successfully hosted its first test, with 20 candidates smoothly completing their computer-based test on the same day.

    To ensure the smooth conduct of the first test, the International Test Center of College of International Cooperative Education, Harbin Engineering University carried out meticulous preparations in advance. The examination staff underwent professional training, the test equipment was repeatedly debugged, and the prescribed procedures of the British Council were strictly implemented. The examination venue's environment and safety were inspected, and the new test center's route map and signage placement were verified.
